Delivery & Ordering Informations

Our office is open for business and taking orders on;

Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 2.00pm Sunday & Public Holiday – Closed

1. All orders placed online will receive an "In Process" acknowledgement email.
2. All confirmed orders will receive an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed. 3. If you choose to pay by either Direct Bank In or Post Cheque, we will contact you to confirm your order once your
payment had been accepted and processed by our banker.

Same day delivery

1. Orders received before 12.00 noon (Monday-Friday)
2. Orders received after 12.00 noon (Monday-Friday) we will try to arrange delivery on the same day, otherwise
delivery will be made the next morning.
3. Saturday Orders received after 12.00 noon on Saturday, delivery will only be made on the following Monday.

Delivery time for Hampers

We advise you to place your orders at least 3 days in advance due to higher demand during peak/festive seasons (Valentines Day, Mother Day, Teacher Day, Father Day, Hari Raya , Christmas, Chinese New Year), same day delivery can only be made on certain range depending on the availability of the day. NURHampers.com reserves the right to change the delivery times and dates.
